Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy
At skreservation.com, operated by SK Data Solution, we act as an intermediary between you and airlines or travel suppliers. Refunds and cancellations follow the terms and conditions of the respective airline or supplier.

2. Cancellation by the Customer

• Most airline tickets are non-refundable after purchase.
• Some tickets may be eligible for partial refunds or credits, depending on the airline.
• Requests for cancellations must be sent in writing to support@skreservation.com at least 24 hours before departure (if allowed by the airline).
   

3. Refund Processing

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–21 business days after receiving airline confirmation.
• Service or booking fees charged by SK Data Solution are non-refundable unless the booking error was caused by us.
• Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original booking.
   

4. Cancellation by Airline or Supplier
If an airline cancels or reschedules your flight, we will assist you in rebooking or obtaining a refund according to the airline’s policy.

5. No-Show Policy
Failure to check in or board your flight (a “no-show”) will generally result in the loss of the entire fare amount, per airline rules.
